Are you unsure which phone model you have?

Follow the steps below to double check your phone model before placing your order:

For iPhone:

Step 1: Go to ‘Settings’
Step 2: Click on your Apple ID
Step 3: Click on ‘(your name)’s iPhone’
Step 4: View ‘Model’ under ‘Device info’

For Samsung:

Step 1: Go to ‘Settings’
Step 2: Click on ‘About phone’
Step 3: Your phone model will be clearly displayed there
