Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days to request a return.

 

Return for Refund & Exchange Policies

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either exchange it or process a refund to your account. All refunds and exchanges are subject to the terms and conditions below and must be enquired within seven days from date of purchase. These policies apply to all products retailed by and purchased from Stile’.

Returns for Refund Policy

You may return any undamaged Stile’ products in their original packaging within seven days of purchase. If items are returned undamaged and in their original packaging, a full refund will be processed via EFT or via your original payment method.

A return shipping fee for undamaged goods will be billed to you at R115.00. Clients can arrange their own courier for the return. A 20% handling fee may be applied.

  •  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once the returned product/s have been inspected and have met our return eligibility rules, Stile’ will refund your account. Shipping fees are not refunded. Kindly note that PayFlex refunds have a 10-day processing period, and EFT refunds have a 5-day processing period.

 

Exchange (Swop-Outs) Policy

You may exchange (swop-out) undamaged Stile’ products in their original packaging to our warehouse within seven days from purchase date.

  • A return shipping fee of R115.00 and a re-deliver shipping fee of R115.00 for the exchange will be billed to you. Clients can arrange their own courier for the return and re-deliver.

Please email sales@stile.co.za with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product details of purchased product for return.
  • Product details of requested product to re-ship.
  • Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product/s to you, or if the product/s are not as described on the Stile’ website, please notify us via email to sales@stile.co.za. Following the processing of a product inquiry email, Stile’ will arrange a collection of the product from you, free of charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available). Alternatively, we can process a refund of the value of the product/s’ retail price to your account within 5 days of the return via EFT or PayFlex refund. Payflex have an up to 10-day processing period.

Defective products

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects. 

What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return or exchange of Stile’ products under this section: 

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product.
  • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion.
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product.
  • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; and
  • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you based on personal preference (returns only).

Standard Warranty

If you have received a defective product, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect. This warranty is applicable within 1 month after delivery of the product. We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, a replacement will be shipped to you if stock is available or a refund processed. Kindly note that PayFlex refunds have a 10-day processing period, and EFT refunds have a 5-day processing period.

Please provide the original Stile’ packaging for the returned/exchanged product, as well as all accessories that were sold with the defective item when you return it to us – regardless of whether you request a repair, exchange or a refund. Our courier reserves the right to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.
